Inspired by pink bismuth and the pink amoxicyllin in our fridge (and NOT in the frosting), this lovely cake is my creation from class last night. It looks delicious, and I've probably eaten my weight in pink frosting already. I've decided that I DO like cake decorating. It should be a handy skill in the years to come--lots of celebrations to have!
